Everyone was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to workers. They started cleaning out the house and filled one truck up, along came another truck and it was filled. The trucks were lined up down the street. I was totally amazed at the coordination to clean out the mobil home. There must have been 10 trucks that came in and out. There was also approximately 10 people working on clearing out the mobil home. We could not believe that they cleared out the mobil home and shed within two hours. They also helped sweep the driveway for me. I thought it was going to be very expensive but was surprised at the price. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Got-Junk to any of my friends. I made an appointment for a truck to come out to a home in Pompano Beach FL to clear out a home after a death in the family. We live in CA and our schedule permitted just one day for this. After checking out the property that morning I realized that there was more than one truck's worth to be hauled away. I called, apologized for the late notice and told the dispatcher of the situation and they said they'd see what they could do. The two reps arrived on time, surveyed the situation...and said they'd better get to work!! They filled it up the first time said they could empty it locally and come right back for the second load. After filling the truck the second time they realized that there was another truckload left. They were aware of our timeline and worked with their dispatcher to arrange to stay and finish our job! These two were literally running in and out of the house with loads of items...they hustled from 11 AM to around 5 PM to accommodate our needs. I can't say enough good things about them... prompt, courteous, professional, and worked their a$$es off... can't ask for more.

They arrived when they said they would. I completely filled their truck full of old stuff that I couldnt take with me. I admit I cried a little seeing everything being thrown out but I had to do what I had to do. I felt comfortable with a pisan taking care of my junk removal. We talked about sauce, new york, sicily, our 4 foot 10 grandmothers etc. It made the sadness of parting with treasures less painful. The 28 year old learned a lot from us today (me and Vinny!) There were some scheduling complications early on, but they were more than accommodating and were able to reschedule the pick-up promptly. The responsiveness of the company is the best yet. The phones don't go to voicemail and they get back to you in a timely fashion each time they promise to.
