    This is an extremely good alternative to the Apple Store when it comes to repairs and service. I walked in on a Friday and there was no waiting. I was told it would be one to three days before they could get to my laptop. It turned out to be only one day. They looked at it and called me with a price estimate for repair and fixed it that day, a Saturday, and it was ready to go. I had spilled an entire 12 ounce soft drink into the keyboard and the laptop would no longer stay powered on. It would come on for about 10 seconds and then shut it self off. I really was not expecting my 10 year old Air laptop to be salvageable, but MacExperience was able to repair my laptop's mother board with a treatment and everything works fine now including the keyboard and the trackpad. Previously my trackpad was only sporadic operational. Given its age, I had assumed it was worn out. But since I got it back, it now works 100%. Was it just dust and/or dirt? Or did their treatment fix it? Either way, I am well satisfied with my repair experience and with this company. **Worthy of my Repeat Business**

    In the end, my MacBook was fixed and all is well! But it took a bit to get it done, I'll explain: I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon and arrived at 5 minutes prior to my time. I was shocked when I came in to the entire place packed with people and they said it would be "a while" before I could be seen by the tech. Not only is that not a great experience, but they were not social distancing inside at all. Ideally, folks could wait in their cars until their appt time and then come inside when the tech is ready. That was not the case, and people were very close together inside of the store with no where else to go. They were not sanitizing the counters in between people either. It was a bit shocking. When the check-in desk finally cleared up after 10 minutes, I asked if I could come back at a less busy time because I did not feel comfortable with the crowd. They said to come in first thing in the morning! So I did just that, the very next day I was there at 8:59 (they open at 9 am) so that I could be first in line to get in and out safely. This second attempt was much more safe and I could see them sanitizing this time before opening. If you need a repair done, they do great work. I paid for the middle tier of service ($99) and my MacBook was done in just a few business days. But I'm disappointed to see that they aren't limiting the capacity of the store or taking any precautions to reduce the waiting room. Long story short: go in the mornings! Appointment times don't really mean anything if they are slammed. Do not go if you are immune compromised or in an at-risk population.

This man is an absolute Fraud and is likely to break what he touches!!!! Update: It unfortunately will not allow me to attach videos of phone call but I can assure that If anyone would like to see how Marvin speaks to his clients I'd be happy to email the video! Just ask and I'll send my email along side the video for proof. Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! Also calling them very vulgar names! If you want my honest opinion you have better luck just trying to repair your device on your own or taking it to another shop as Marvin is the worst for customer service and to provide you with help!

    My thumb drive broke. I called that morning and was able to get in that morning and have him look…read moreat it. He explained what he was going to do and told me to give him an hour and within an hour I had heard back from him. He was able to fix my thumb drive saving me thousands of hours of time. Very friendly and great customer service. I hope nothing like this ever happens again but I know who I'd go back to if it did. Would recommend again and again!
