Ok, so after seeing another provider at this practice and not happy with the "care" I had been…read moregiven. I seen him 1 time told him a little what was happening and after he reviewed a few things he told me that he was now my doctor. He has been nothing short of amazing! He's extremely caring of his patients. Between him and the other doctor was like night & day as I have some very serious medical issues having broken my neck. Which the other provider didn't even put in my file!! He immediately took charge. I can't say enough how blessed I feel with him as my provider. Unfortunately he's out until further notice, I really hope he's OK. The star lost was because of the office staff. You literally sit on hold sometime more than an hour. Now, I have to start a week before my meds are due so they're actually sent to the pharmacy and done correctly... that doesn't even mean you will get your meds. Right now they're just throwing his patients to the side and if another doctor gets to doing it he will. If you call, your told to go to a walk in. I have been trying since August 1st to get imaging sent to Boston as I have 3 fractures in my spine and one is a displaced fracture. They STILL have not sent it! They're playing Russians Roulette with peoples lives. I hope he is doing better and will be back asap!!
