Upon arrival they surveyed the area, mapped out their strategy, and began working right away, they were efficient and moved rather quickly so as not to waste my time, upon completion of loading they ensured all items requested to be moved were on board and ready to transport to the next location. Unloading was as efficient, everything was placed where I requested, and the items in need of assembly were completed, the cost was in line with my estimate, reasonably priced, great group of movers.

Later, I was told their prior job ran long and that due to driver hour limits, they could only do part of the move. Shortly after, I was informed they were not coming at all due to a truck accident and would need to reschedule. No confirmed time was ever provided for the next day. Because I needed everything out by the 31st, I booked another company and attempted to cancel. I first texted my move contact and was told to call, but when I did, it was 5:42 PM and the office was already closed. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and then sent a cancellation email. Only after I had already tried to cancel by phone and email did I receive a text saying they had everything ready for the morning, despite never giving me a confirmed arrival time. Poor communication, poor documentation, and inconsistent scheduling. I would not recommend.

Streaking left on most of the glass/mirrors throughout house; stovetop was already clean before they arrived, but came home to a film of waxy cleaner residue left behind that I had to scrub off. House smelled fresh like cleaning products, but upon closer inspection a lot was missed or only partially cleaned. Very disappointed in the service. It was as if they suddenly realized they ran out of time and ran out before finishing the job. Very bizarre and disappointing. I really wanted to recommend as owner is personable. My home is easy to clean and doesn't take long for one person, let alone the two experienced ladies that came to my door. I just knew for what I was paying the house would be absolutely immaculate... but it wasn't. I shouldn't have to clean over their nearly $100 per hour work.
