Media Markt needs to train their employees in customer service skills and educate them properly on their products.

They spend a lot of time with you at the check-out/pick-up counter to make sure you have everything you need or know about the product. My family has bought a clothes dryer from them and absolutely loved the delivery and installation experience. Overall, a place I will shop at again and again.

Had to confirm this with their customer service. Went back and forth with their customer service to try and find a way to place an order. Eventually figured it out myself - good thing too, because their customer service told me there was no way for me to place the order (after I already had!!). If I were the owner of this store, I would be forced to clean house, given that the employees don't seem to care very much about the success of said store, of their service is any indication.
