Once reserved a Truck (Mercedes Sprinter) and asked the sales person specifically what dicuments I'd need as a foreigner. When I went to get the car, there was someone else and started asking for different stuff like Wohnhaft Anmeldung etc. When I called the Europcar hotline on the spot and complained, they said the retail at the location is only to decide. The hotline can't help. Had to go home, search through all the documents and made a mess of it all. The car already late in perparing took even longer. And mind you, the staff was tipically unfriendly!
