    I am writing to formally express my outrage and disappointment regarding the treatment I received today at your Greenville.As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect--none of which were demonstrated during my visit. Upon arriving at the store, I was waiting for a manager to process my return. I inquired with an employee (Employee A) about the return process, but she simply dismissed me, stating that I needed to wait for a manager without offering any further guidance. My associate, who was visiting your store for the first time, asked if she could exchange our return items for two products she was holding. Rather than taking a moment to explain store policy, Employee A brushed us off. When Employee B arrived, we asked if she was a manager. She confirmed but then quickly backtracked, saying she was not "that type of manager" and that we needed to wait longer. As we stood there, five additional employees began circling us, creating an uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere. After 30 minutes, Employee C, whom I believe to be part of loss prevention, arrived with two individuals behind him. Instead of calmly addressing any concerns, he immediately began yelling at my associate, accusing her of taking items from behind a yellow line. My associate clarified that she had taken them from the shelf, yet Employee C continued berating her, insinuating that she was stealing. This was beyond unprofessional--it was accusatory, hostile, and completely inappropriate. I intervened, trying to understand what was happening, but Employee C continued his aggressive approach, making baseless accusations and rudely questioning how long I had been in the store. Despite my attempts to de-escalate, he continued speaking to us in a disrespectful and confrontational manner. When I pointed out the unprofessionalism, he refused to listen and continued to argue with my associate. I was finally able to process my return, but the experience only worsened. The items I returned were listed as "open box" on the website, but upon receiving them, they were clearly damaged--missing parts, broken pieces, and exposed wiring. While processing the refund, Employee C, whom I later discovered was not loss prevention but a store manager, began digging through my items without explanation. My associate asked him to stop handling our belongings, to which he dismissively claimed he was "trying ato help." So I asked him to retrieve an item I had left on a table, he rolled his eyes, sarcastically said "yeah, right," and walked away. To make matters worse, the cashier then informed me that three items were missing from my return list. Instead of assisting, the manager instructed her to delete my membership--further proving the hostile and retaliatory nature of his behavior. I agreed to the cancellation, as I refuse to spend money at an establishment where I am harassed and treated like a criminal. As I attempted to retrieve my missing items, I noticed that the manager was following me through the store. Feeling unsafe and completely disrespected, I made the decision to leave without my purchases. This experience was unacceptable and damaging I felt like it was the 1930s

    This new location is a whole different level of niceness compared to the one in Cowpens. S.C. It appears to be in new building with a paved parking lot! It's busy; very busy! My daughter won an auction bid here for a nice inflatable air mattress. Tonight, she will be having a sleepover with children from a friend! There's plenty of bedding in place so I'm not sure why she won this or even wanted it! Anyway, this new Mac Bid is really nice! I recommend it!

    Every item i have gotten from here was satisfactory. I make sure I read about the product before buying so that I know what I am getting!

    Junk. Broken, missing parts, not as described. NOT recommended. I've bought several things and maybe 25% was usable.
