We hired Rick for some grading and clearing work in our back yard last fall. My list of complaints would start with his lack of communication about when he would be starting the work and end with a job that was not finished to our specifications and resulted in flooding problems with our basement. We hoped Rick would follow through with his promises to come out and correct our issues but he never has. This prompted me to file another complaint to which he never responded.
