The Heidhof is a family run guest house which is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The…read morerooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our room, number 3, had single beds that tilted and a sofa. There was a separate area with wardrobe, table and chairs. Also a side table for my laptop, with plenty of power and free encrypted wireless internet.
The owner is a wonderful lady, who, although not speaking english managed to make us welcome and looked after us very well. Her son speaks english as does one fo the helpers and we had no problem with langauge at all. The guest house has its own breakfast room and offers a range of german style food including cereal, eggs with ham and sausage, juices, breads, ham and cheese.
There is a separate bar and restaurant open in the evenings and the food is cooked by the owner and is excellent. My wife and I would return here in a heatbeat.
