I can not advise you enough to not move here. It used to be one of the nicest complexes in Smyrna…read more It has been run into the ground. It's filthy. The trash compactor breaks OFTEN. They let the trash pile up for such long periods of time that literal vultures show up to feast on it.The breezeways are filthy. It has been over three years since they have been power washed. It used to be at least twice a year. It takes FOREVER to get any maintenance done. Sometimes they actually skip them because they don't view it as "important enough". You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. It goes to a AI Operator named "Joi". Joi will take messsges and pass them on. You get MAYBE a 25% chance of anyone calling you back. Office staff has changed at least three times in the past 8 months alone. The car wash facility has not been operational for at least three years. The overall complex is so run down we didn't want anyone to come over anymore. We lived there for many years. It had gotten this bad about the last three years. We only stayed the last couple of years because we were saving for a house. Even if we hadn't found the house that we did end up finding we still would have moved ....and this is despite the discount on the lease renewal they offered us. Yes, it's so bad there that they are willing to lower the rent instead of increasing it when it's time to renew your lease. It's a shame because it's a good location and it used to be nice. I don't see it improving

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I am not typically the type to leave bad reviews but…read morethis was earned. We moved into this complex October 15th and was constantly denied/ canceled on last minute when trying to view OUR unit. We were not able to view it until we actually moved in. Immediately upon moving in noticed roaches. Immediately went to the property manager about the issue and stayed in contact. I will say the response was prompt and pest control was at our unit the same day if not the next. However, they just sprayed and that was it. Now, we are still seeing roaches and despite many photos and videos with time stamps, we are hearing well we don't see any. We have spent our own money to hire our own pest control company to come and investigate to provide a report since we clearly are not being taken seriously. Our options so far are, if your pest control company can identify an infestation and if it's coming from your appliances we will replace them, but they "can't replace the countertops" which is exactly where they are. Do not be fooled by the property, i promise you this will be the biggest nightmare. Read reviews and DO YOUR OWN INSPECTION, and do not sign a lease without viewing the unit.

Want to start by advising anyone to not move here unless it's your last option…read more We lived here for two years. During that time we had a gun pulled on us, gunshots or fireworks was a game we played, neighbors that left their kids outside while they smoked weed in their house while letting the kids leave all the trash all over the place. If you like trash everywhere this is the place for you. If you like maintenance showing up days later after you filed a request this is the place for you. If it snows and ices over and you like walking up a steep hill up to a quarter mile on ice because they don't salt the roads, this is the place for you. Anyway, the real issue is that a maintenance worker came into fix our sink drain and instead of fixing it, he tried to use bleach, and something happened, which left bleach all over our kitchen floor, everything under the sink trashcan, and then he tracked it to the bathroom and got it over everything in there as well, pictures are below. I get accidents happen, but he did not tell the community Manager, or at least she says because now I'm starting to believe they just try to shove everything under the rug and Hope It just goes away. Reason, I say that is because when I went down to the office, they had no idea that he left that mess, and he said that the issue was resolved. So I sent pictures as requested and don't hear back for a week. Then I sent an email Asking for a follow up. Try to call them. They don't answer the phone. Finally, I get a hold of someone because our sink and dishwasher wasn't working for three days and they sent out a contractor who leaves my key to my place in Antioch Tennessee under the rug, or anyone could've grabbed it and got into our building . They didn't care about that at all. I then had to explain to the upper Manager. What was going on with her apartment and apparently she didn't know because nobody communicates there I guess. She said she would have everything resolved, and then I called back two weeks later cause we had just moved out and did not hear anything from her. And she was like oh it was a pipe burst or something like that and it was the staff that cause it. She then was like your wife called me and told me on the phone that you know a pipe burst in your apartment. I was like no. That's not what she told you. She called you and said exactly what I just laid out in front of y'all. Fast-forward another two weeks. We are still under lease, but moved out early because we hatted living there. She said someone needs to get into your apartment because there's a leak below. I'm like cool. What's going on with all the damages. She then responds what damages. This is why you should not live there. If anything happens to your property or on your property. Don't expect anything to get fixed fast, and if they damage anything of yours, they will deny it.

The office requires tenants to deal with noise issues.Basic property maintenance takes weeks,…read moremonths to resolve.{easier to do it yourself}. God forbid you have to get to the dumpster on the weekend... No property rules enforced, such as gate security. Pool is always Filthy...I CANT WAIT FOR THE LEASE TO UP, TO MOVE!

This is crazy!!! I was a tenant at this property for 8…read moreyears and maintained a flawless record--rent was always paid on time, and I had zero complaints. Unfortunately, my loyalty and reliability were met with ongoing negligence and a complete lack of accountability from management. The most serious issue is the blatant disregard for resident safety. Building doors were routinely left unlocked 24/7, effectively allowing unrestricted public access. This created an environment where theft was not only possible but frequent. I personally experienced multiple package thefts and had to file police reports after my computer monitors were stolen twice. These incidents were reported repeatedly, yet management failed to take any meaningful or lasting action. Empty assurances were given, but nothing was ever resolved. Equally unacceptable is how management handled my move-out. I provided more than sufficient notice--informing staff a full year in advance that I would not be renewing my lease. Despite this, I was hit with an unexplained $5,000 charge after vacating the unit. To date, no one--neither on-site staff nor corporate management--has been able or willing to provide a clear, itemized explanation or resolve the issue. After nearly a decade of being a responsible tenant, this level of disregard is both unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of security, failure to address repeated criminal activity, and complete breakdown in communication demonstrate a pattern of mismanagement. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
