The car felt great and seemed to be in good condition. We went on to discuss the out-the-door price and settled on $15,842, but after some haggling, talked it down to $15,250. I explained to them several times that I had a pre-approved auto loan for $10,000 and the rest in cash, so the price worked out well. When we went into the financing office, however, they told us we needed a $12,000 loan. Although it was written on the papers they gave us, they failed to mention that the car's out-the-door price was actually $17,842 and assumed we would put down $2,000 even though we hadn't told them. I asked if they could remove some of the add-ons, which included oil changes and servicing from the dealer, but was told it wasn't possible, so I ended up walking out at 1:30 P.M. I wouldn't be disappointed if the car wasn't listed at $2,000 less than its real price. The manager was also extremely rude and tried to frame it as if I had saved $600 haggling after they added another $1,400 to the price. It ruined my morning and wasted my time before I had to clock in for work. If you're planning to finance from this, look out for expected down payments and add-ons before you get to the financing office. You might be able to negotiate it better than I could. Just remember that dealers are not your friends, they will try to manipulate your emotions for profit! You can always walk out if the offer doesn't add up. I would recommend looking somewhere else or buying from third parties if you don't want to have your time wasted.

I was charged for something that wasn't even broken. They broke my door side panels , my entire dash is loose and my driver side window is shaky now when it opens. My battery and engine parts were loose as well. They held my vehicle for a week with no option for a loner. I had to call to get updates. I was told one thing then another. They lied in their report saying I was "aware this fix was only a test and more repairs will be needed" I was NEVER made aware! This is a warning for everyone to read the description in the bill before you sign it!!! They lie and suck at their job. With us being in 2024 you would think your techs could google or YouTube car problems if you had NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG. AND IF THEY HAD NO IDEA THEN SAY SOMETHING AND ILL TAKE THE CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. You lost a customer and I'll be telling everyone about this. Complete morons. I'm 10000% sure they are high on drugs. Complete scammers. I'm very disappointed and sad my car was handled the way it was.

Today, before the next oil change was even due since I had it at the dealership for the issue, the transmission failed and I'm being told it'll take another month to fix and they can't give me a loaner vehicle so I'll have to pay for a rental the entire time. Incompetent, oblivious to customer's needs, and borderline criminal is how how I'd describe "Vile"atel. It was still under bumper to bumper warranty when I first brought it in for the problem and now it isn't. Deliberate? Why else would you do that to a customer except to cheat them out of the warranty they paid for...

Extremely Disappointed - Beware Before Buying Here!…read more I purchased a vehicle from this dealership just yesterday, and I'm already regretting it. The entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling completely taken advantage of. When I picked up the car, no one mentioned anything about the vehicle only coming with one key. Naturally, I assumed it came with a full key set -- that's standard for any reputable dealership. I drove the car home (about 30-40 minutes away) and later went to lock it for the night. When I returned to unlock it, I found myself completely locked out. That's when I realized the only key they gave me only starts the ignition -- it doesn't unlock the doors! So, there I was, stranded at home with a vehicle I just purchased, locked out of my own car. When I called the dealership to explain what happened, I was shocked at how dismissive and unprofessional their response was. The salesperson actually laughed and said, "Oh well, we only have one key because we don't lock our doors." That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total lack of customer care or basic professionalism. Now, because of their failure to disclose this information, I have to spend even more money on a locksmith just to get into a car I literally bought less than 24 hours ago. They made no effort to fix the situation or even apologize for their oversight. This kind of negligence and attitude is a huge red flag. If you're considering buying from this dealership -- think twice. They clearly don't care about transparency, customer satisfaction, or doing the right thing. Once they've got your money, you're on your own. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you want to deal with unnecessary headaches, hidden surprises, and a complete lack of accountability. by the way, I would have given them ZERO stars, but Yelp requires at least one star.

Sold me a 2015 Chrysler 200 S with hidden frame damage back in July 2022 now I'm waiting to hear…read moreback from Michigan dos RMD for my fraud misrepresentation complaint since I paid $400 for a 3rd party inspection at The Collision Shop in Detroit and it was confirmed September 9th 2025 even though I have been sending complaints to Michigan Attorney General since I want to say end of 2022 early 2023. They sent a trade in letter 2 months before I got a inspection done after I have been suing them in the wrong courts and no lawyer multiple times and one of the right courts constantly losing because I can't find a lawyer since I want to say Early 2023. They have a lawyer Macie Law whose office is about 10 miles north. They told me they had changed the motor mounts on the car at time of sale. Now over 3 years later they are not only just now adding all of that to the Carfax but a couple weeks ago something told me to check it and you guessed it. To my surprise they have added a Power steering service to it. I don't recall Anthony Balsamo saying anything about that because when he told me about the motor mounts I looked at him dead in the eyes and asked him was that IT! And he said yes. So I don't know what's going on. Car was sold with a dirty cabin air filter I changed a month after buying the car forgot about until I recently found a photo of it in my snapchat memories, bald tire, wrong battery, dirty brake fluid (when I looked at it before I bought the car I said is this the brake fluid as I looked at it he said "yeah" without coming over to look at it and a bad door panel assembly that has a gaping hole in the bottom of the mirror the same door door he was sitting at when I test drove the car. I was told it would cost $2,764 to fix the front passenger door assembly per Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southfield when I emailed my salesman less than two months after I bought the car and he told me during the sale to email him if I had any problems when I did I was IGNORED. During my test drive I was also told by Anthony Balsamo I can't drive the car on the freeway for some odd reason. Oh and to top it off the $14,100 I paid for the car if ladd repairs and maintenance endurance warranty cost of Ubers while it's been in and out of shops and Michigan insurance (full coverage for about 1 1/2-2 years and a year of no fault it puts me around $36,000 in the hole in the last 3 years thanks to them. Then they are posting lot coordinator positions for they used car lot on Facebook and deleting them in less than 2 days instead of just posting it on they business website which just seems out right sketchy.
