So as I walked into EWC NLR Ms. Pierson (may be spelled wrong) stated that I canceled my appointment and I advised her I did not and that I do have a confirmation appointment. So I asked her when can I be seen next and she proceeded to say not today I said I'm aware I want the next available. So to make a long story short she was very rude to me and did not make me feel that as a customer I was worthy of having services done with them. She told me that she did not care what my phone says because her computer shows I canceled. She said she did not care what my phone showed and that there was no glitch in their system at all. So I asked her what her bosses name was after telling her that she will not amount to anything having an attitude and treating customers that way. I advised her that customers are always right and she said that's not true. So I then asked her what her bosses name was and she stated "Amber" and couple minutes later I asked again to confirm and she said I'm not telling you. So due to the rudeness and nonchalant character of Miss Pierson, I pray that she learns how to deal with customers in a better way. Oh yes she also told me to make sure I mentioned she has two nose rings as well just down right rude.

That's it! I ended up with a high fade and a fohawk, I was very disappointed. I went the next day to a different barber so they could cut the fohawk off and even out the fade because the right side was lower than the left. I just wanted a medium fade and the top to look like it belonged with a medium fade. A simple cut that went very wrong. I would recommend that you went somewhere else. The barber himself seemed ok although he would make up far fetched stories to make conversation which made me uncomfortable.
