Confirmed by email. Arrived 2.50pm and finally drove away at 5.40 in the dark, wet and rush hour. Told it would be ready in 5 minutes many times. No manual or service record in car, girl had to use he phone to find petrol filler catch. Promised manual would be posted (still waiting). Just about got to nearest petrol station with engine stopping 3 times on way. Next morning noticed tyre was still flat and bits still missing. Had to waste afternoon getting tyre repaired. Promised some compensation (still waiting). Contacted 5 times by email since but no response. Hope car was serviced as promised and body/inside treated but know way of knowing!

And Yapps would not be a bad place to end up outside when the engine finally cuts out. They're happy to help clueless people like me that still don't understand why you fill the car with petrol at the back when the engine's at the front, and they won't take you for a ride either. They have standard prices for everything and they'll talk you through it first. It's as cheap a service as you can expect from car related things and their service is really fast. I'd recommend them, which I believe I've proven by the fact that I just did.

The lot is pretty much open to the elements so it would be hard to find a car that hadn't been standing still for a while unless this place has a high churn rate for second hand vehicles.

Bright white and very obvious because he was smiling all of the time. Two brand new warehouses were, for a time, very empty. Having put all his money into building the showrooms, I think the actual stock took a little longer in coming than might have been preferable. But it's there now, good thing too. This car dealership mainly deals in used cars, but don't be expecting old corsas on their last legs. Oh no. Even Jeremy Clackson would (might) be proud of this collection. A used Ferrari 430 Coupe will set you back the measly sum of £69,995. There are many others, but that's the only one I can remember (I was impressed even with one). This dealership is certainly one to check out along the stretch, something a bit different and fun. Go and smile back at the owner. =D

A few times now I have been the one who has had to take it in for its annual service or to get something checked out on it and the staff are always so good to me. For example they drive me into town and pick me up when the car is done so I don't have to waste time sitting around waiting, and whats more they always stick to their times. Sales wise I wouldn't know what they are like, I guess the same as anywhere else thats trying to sell you something. But at least they have a nice shiney building for you to do all your negotiating in and good after care service! They also sell Mitsubishi and Skoda's.

I serviced my car there for the first time but the experience was average. They quickly investigated my problems and rectified them immediately. To me this is very very impressive. My MOT was expired which I didn't realise. Since they have my record on their database they reminded me that. The price was reasonable too. They also gave me a nice DSG Leon as courtesy car and I was very happy about it. I have only been driving a manual Leon and never knew what DSG is felt like. I would definitely use White Dove again.

The third car was awaiting preparation so also could not be driven. Arranged with the salesman that I would come the next day with hubby. Travelled to Cardiff again. Nothing had changed, the cars were still not available for a test drive The EH salesman could have telephoned me to say the cars were still not ready for a test drive, as I had left my phone number the previous day? Without going into too much detail we did experience some frustrating teething problems with paperwork and the car itself which took months to rectify but the level of communication and support from the team was outstanding. Peter made sure we were kept up to date at every turn with all queries answered straight away and worked tirelessly until everything had been resolved. I genuinely don't think we would have had this level of service from another sales team!! FYI We have just taken receipt of our second car from Renault Cardiff! Absolutely appalling serviced post sale from Renault car broke after five days and they are…read morecurrently avoiding my statutory rights. since on the 4th of February they have come up with three different excuses as to why I won't be allowed to refuse the car all of not legally binding and they are still in breach of contracts and my rights to refuse this they have also damaged the car since it's been in their care since the 4th of February stating that they're going to charge me per day to have my them while the investigation is ongoing Peter from Renault Cardiff is categorically refusing to support me or help me whatsoever and refusing to provide me with critical documentation that states the car had been safety checked prior, to which at this time it looks like it wasn't done which is why they're now offering to buy my car back at a much lesser rate than I paid for it Because they can't produce the time stamped documents (150 point check, safety check, road test)
