Honestly, I haven't had a perm since the 80s, haha. I used to design hair and makeup on Broadway, for operas, film, tv, and even a circus. I know a lot about hair and Russ is super impressive. Also, he's a lovely human being. And Xavier, who cut my hair, was also incredibly nice and gave me a terrific cut. Even more amazing, he let me jump in and use his scissors to snip here and there! Sometimes it's just easier to see something that would take more time to do than it would be to explain. Letting me jump in? Now, that is above and beyond. Loved both of these guys!
