However, after that initial big job was done and the first big payment was made (mostly very thoroughly and efficiently), they were extraordinarily unreliable at turning up every fortnight to do the jobs that my father still wanted doing. I do not know why, to this day, though I suspect that it was not an easy enough job for gardeners who are on a tight schedule, as my dad is an old man, who is quite fussy about what he wants done! Perhaps they need to inform clients if that is the case, rather than leave them hanging on and waiting for them to turn up - for weeks, with no communication at all. We thought we had found the solution for my father in Halletts, and now we have to start again from scratch.
