I got a huge dent in my Tesla Model Y driver's side door. I caught the guy who did it on camera, but he ran away. He had set off a firecracker right next to my car which blew a dent into the door-- looked like someone had just hit a golf ball right into my car! I recently dropped a tool on my wife's 6 day old Audi A5 leaving an ugly dent above the gas fill. I quickly drove it to a few of the local body shops which all said it could not be fixed using the paintless method and offered me quotes of $600-1100 dollars to fix it. With a little more research online I found Mark's website, and after reading his testimonials, I decided to give him a call. We talked in length about the shape and location of the dent, and he assured me he could fix it, so an appointment was made. I also decided to have him fix a few dings on my 2009 SIlverado, one of which was pretty ugly, and my buddy brought over his Audi A3 to have one ding repaired. I fell victim to a windy SoCal night... never again will I park under a tree on a night like that. Mark did a great job on couple of cars at my office, including my Evo X MR. He removed 3 small dings on a 4 Runner and you can't tell if anything was there at all. Mark just left my house (yes, an "M.D." who still makes house calls! Ha - I'm hilarious!) and I am beyond thrilled with the job he did on my husband's car. To begin with, he managed to make time for me the same day I called and was super nice. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and what it would cost to fix it. One door ding was horrendous - someone had slammed their door into the car hard enough to not only cause a 2" dent, but also remove the paint. But Mark also noticed a couple other tiny dings that we hadn't even seen yet. He gave me a quote for taking care of all the dings and also offered to use touch up paint to fix the damage on the door. I was referred to Mark by Richard from Russ Ward Auto Body. During that time, I had contacted a few places for quotes on 3 quarter sized dings I had. Mark was the first to respond to me; I also had checked out his Yelp reviews before agreeing to do business with him. Every single review was a happy customer and what I appreciated the most was his policy; if the dent isn't 100% undetectable, he won't charge. That gave me some reassurance. Over the phone, Mark was polite, friendly, and in person very easy to connect with, thus making the entire process a breeze. Getting work done to your car can be a stressful feeling, but Mark made it so easy for me. I had told him beforehand that my car was backed into while I was at work and my insurance was going to cover the repair cost. Upon completion of the repairs (which was surprisingly fast), I handed him my insurance estimates. Told him they'd be giving him a call and sending payment to his address. That was simple enough. Also, Mark easily could have charged more for his work. My insurance had written out an estimate for $211; he could have just taken the $211 (or more) since he knew my insurance was going to pay for it and it was not cost to me. Did he do that? Nope. He charged LESS than what my insurance estimated at! Hands down, no questions asked, I'd recommend Mark to anybody who has a ding they need to take care of. Just stop! A visit with the Ding Doc is all you need. Having a luxury car I was skeptical of this whole paintless ding fixer...I mean how do you bend back metal and not mess the paint up whatsoever? I still don't know as I didn't watch the "Surgeon of Steel" do his magic, but you will be the next believer like me. I had two door dings on my drivers door from someone at the grocery store who cares less about my car then I do. While I don't own a $300,000 Ferrari, I do have a car that I still treat like my baby. Our 12 yr old rally blue WRX is now our zippy weekend car, and the kids ding it up like nobody's business.
