The man assisting me was kind himself, but he only trimmed my nail w/ the acrylics and forced a nail tip between my nails to remove the acrylics. I left so upset and it's one of those moments where you just stay quite because you don't know what to say... I have to now wait a minimum of 2 weeks to even get them done again by my nail tech.. Please note I've came to this salon before and had received a soak off from a girl previously which were okay. Acrylics should never be ripped off. I think it says a lot that I would rather travel to Delano to get my nails done instead of staying in town in Bakersfield. Lara is amazing. Shes happy, witty, creative and does her work extremely well. She really cares about her clients and takes time to have a personal relationship with each one. She also does amazing designs and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg or pawn you off on someone else to wait for like most korean owned nail markets.
