After several weeks of "working" with her ( Lots of excuses, family problems health issues) all Lynne has managed to provide is a couple of pictures of lights she saw online, a rug that she didn't know if it would fit and she left us with her antiquated paint swatches so we could pick our own colors. She does not work on weekends and she will tell you that when you are trying to follow up with her on the tasks she has not completed. When confronted Lynne has replied that she has worked beyond her 8 Hours on the project in which we don't even have a color board let alone a color picked for one wall in the house. Was unwilling to help resolve the issue with us and referred us to her contract when we asked to cancel contract and split her fee. A classic Take the Money and Run. BBB HERE WE COME!
