I would have given this establishment 0 stars if possible. The structure of the loan application is greatly flawed. They have no underwriters present for the application, and therefore you don't get a response quickly. I waited for a week to hear from them to find that they had an answer, but didn't contact us about the outcome. Additionally, they ran the loan through my name only, and I never authorized the loan to be pursued in this manner. I am closing my accounts immediately, and I suggest anyone considering this institute look elsewhere. read more
