This is a pretty convenient location of my bank, and there are many of them in Rochester, but it's always nice to have one right where I need it, and this one was right where I needed it. I was able to get my money without any kind of ATM fee, which is always the case since I bank here among other places. The downside is that the bank in general charges us a lot of fees and hidden whatevers, some of them are questionable and some of them are downright scams. I don't appreciate that. For that reason I find it very hard to give any of their locations more than a three, even when they are very helpful, like this one was.

I was concerned about sending my ID through the drive thru chute in case it might get jammed in the tunnel- a logical concern. Employee didn't care in the least!
