It was not crowded as it was a Friday around midday. The salon was super clean, and the employees were very welcoming. I would go here again. I would have to say that most places have discounts when doing both services, and they did not. The biggest issue, unfortunately, is time management. While they take appointments, the experience feels more like a walk-in system. Even today, I had a 1:00 PM appointment. I wasn't brought back to the pedicure area until 1:30, and my actual pedicure didn't begin until 1:55. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent pattern every time I've visited. Once my pedicure finally started, the technician seemed distracted, constantly looking around the salon, and the entire service felt rushed. Another disappointing experience. She even handed me off halfway through. The worst experience happened when I booked an appointment about a month in advance for myself, my sister, and my niece. We intentionally scheduled morning manicure and pedicure appointments because we already had afternoon plans. When we arrived, we were brought back to the pedicure area and asked to start soaking. After about 15 minutes, someone began my pedicure. Then things really went downhill. Thirty minutes passed, then forty, and my sister and niece were still just sitting there with their feet in cold water. No one acknowledged them or gave any updates. At one point, I asked the person working on me if she could please stop and begin my niece's pedicure instead. She responded, "5 more minutes, almost done," while pointing to other clients who didn't even have polish applied yet. After over an hour, my sister finally decided to skip her services altogether so they could start my niece's pedicure. While my niece was getting her pedicure, someone simultaneously started working on her manicure, which made the entire experience feel rushed and awkward. After more than two hours: *My sister received no services at all *I only received my pedicure My niece ended up with a rushed pedicure and *what I'd loosely call a manicure The most frustrating part wasn't even the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication or acknowledgment. We were simply left sitting there with no updates. So if you need appointments to actually fit your schedule, or if you're planning a visit with a group of 2-3 people, I sadly can't recommend this location.

The shape was uneven, the color did not match the reference, and the design details were not executed well. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I hope Level Nail Bar takes feedback seriously and focuses on both the quality of the work and creating a more positive, relaxing experience for clients.
