Contrary to all the negative reviews, my experience was pretty good. Bought a set of patio furniture at Costco (online) and M&M was the delivery agent for the last mile. It wasn't without a couple of hiccups, first being the missed the initial date due to an illness in their crew. It happens, but a professional company needs to allow for that. The next day, they were backlogged and couldn't make it until 9pm. I had no plans on staying up way past bedtime just for patio furniture, so I pushed it to the next day. I was given a window between 3 and 7 pm, which they met. Most of the phone calls were done by my wife, and while her interaction with the delivery guys was great, she said the dispatcher got a little pissy with her a couple of times. My interaction was accepting the delivery. Damon and Jarod (I think, sorry) was great. They were professional, friendly and to the point. In all honesty, I did a lot of the toting from the driveway to the patio, but that was my choice, since I'm not one to stand around when work needs to be done. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the actual delivery. The logistics part needs some work. If the coordination had been better (read: scheduling and logistics), this would have been a 4 star review. The crew certainly rated 4 stars. I don't use shipping like this much, so I can't say this would impact my decision again, but for purposes of a review, I will say I wouldn't NOT use them again. read more

I also had a very long waiting very disappointing experience. Sat on my delivery for a whole week probably because it was totally damaged. Now waiting again on replacement that fortunately I paid for better handling through another delivery service. These guys will call and make an appointment then not keep it and say they never scheduled it. Happen twice with me. ON THE SAME FREAKING ORDER AND SAME DELIVERY. I had a pretty bad experience with this company when I ordered a couch from Wayfair. They gave me the run around so I ended up canceling my order. I ordered a different couch with Ashley Furniture and it was night and day. Ashley was on point with their customer service. I knew what to plan on as far as arrival time. They stayed in touch with email and called before they delivered the couch were very polite, set it up with pillows and all. Then called me to check on if I was happy. Horrendous business. These people should be out of business. THEY scheduled an appointment to deliver a TV 5 days prior to agreed upon delivery date. On delivery day I left work early to prepare for them. These people didn't show up. Further, they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they decided not to show up. They didn't even call me the next day to apologize or explain. This business ruined an evening of my life and cost me money as I already left work early once. Now I have to leave again today and hope they decide to show up. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT CALLING TO INFORM THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SHOW UP. I waited and waited. BE WARNED, IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. I don't understand how a company can stay in business with this attitude towards their customer. I am having a package shipped to my home. It went from one delivery service to M and M Express to be delivered, since M and M is closer to me. First off, I had to call them to see if they had my package yet, which they did. But they couldn't schedule a delivery until some paperwork went through apparently. They called back later that day (Friday) to schedule a delivery for Monday. They called back even later that same day stating they wanted to get it to me earlier and if they could deliver it Saturday. Sounded great. Then they called back AGAIN Friday to say they couldn't do it Saturday and so they needed to reschedule again back to Monday from 2-6. Monday 6 o'clock comes around and no package. I called them, only to be put on hold for over 5 minutes for them to tell me that delivery was rescheduled to Wednesday, which I was NEVER notified of. Still don't have my package, we will see if it arrives before Christmas. Wish me luck. read more
