Reliability, flexibility , and professionalism of the business owner Haley was terrible in the end and why I would not recommend. The move-out cleaning we hired the service for was fine, nothing spectacular but no complaints from the new homeowners. Service recovery requested to take a percentage off the invoice for a less than 2 hour cancellation of our scheduled service, and Haley was rude and called me difficult. She delayed the new homeowners from getting occupancy of their new home as we had to inform the cleaning of the home was delayed. Haley could care less and did not lessen her fee for service and lack of reliability and professionalism. I would support one of the many other small businesses in the area for a move-out cleaning that values customers and their reputation. read more
