Went here tonight. As I pulled in my vehicle said it needed to update the software. I clicked…read more'install' as the wash began and had no idea it would take 5 minutes and that I'd be unable to start my vehicle during the install. People began honking at me well after my wash ended. I got out to let them know what was going on and then went back to my vehicle. A female that worked there told me not to get out of my vehicle for 'safety' reasons. I explained to her that I had to because people were honking their horns and I couldn't start my vehicle. She simply repeated what she previously said but more rudely. I didn't say another word to her but sincerely hope she does the same to someone that doesn't have my patience in the near future.
