What an outstanding store this is..!! Everything for everybody. The staff were/are extremely helpful, friendly and most definitely enjoy their work. Top notch parking, well spaced and well organised, with easy access The stock is great quality, so varied and caters for every budget. Well lit, warm and ample spacing between aisles....loads of room to move about. Easy access for wheelchairs. Spacious upatirs restaurant, with lift for those less able. I ordered a birthday present, but they delivered the wrong item (a top with the wrong colour). They didn't take any responsibility for their own mistake and asked me to first send the incorrect item back, before they would send me the correct item. Birthday ruined, and I have to repack the item again, and go to the post office. No compensation, no courtesy. I will never deal with this company ever again. Avoid at all costs. read more

Have been coming to Griggs for over 20 years and am always keen to see what they have added to the store each time I stop in. Last trip was with the kids in tow and they both got into the spirit of the store trying on mix of boating, farming and surf gear while poking around in the farm store for tools and wellies. Ended up with 2 new pairs of hunters and barbour fro the wife. Best thing they have done recently is added a cafe with cool view and great menu. Great prices and cool gear, and now you get fed - could not get any better. read more
