didnt know this Restaurant before, just heared about it.
as we came there, we saw a beatiful old Country style house. After we entered, we were a bit surprised. the interior was pretty chic, modern and totally not "Country style". very nice.
We ordered some White wine for the apéro and a bottle of still water. The wine was really tasty.
I startet with Beef Tartar, Chefs choice which was delicious! i really love Tartar, and this was great. a Little bit creamy, spicked with little pickles, served with fresh toast. My friend had a mushroom soup, which was pretty good as well. you can taste, that it is made from fresh mushrooms, not a "can soup" As side dishes we took twice the spinach and one Portion of fries. also good.
As main course I took the tenderloin filet, medium rare. Woww. the taste and the Quality of the meet was super good! my friend took the ribeye. what can we say. you can not make meat better, more tasteful. just "perfect".
When you go to a good meat Restaurant in switzerlan, you also have to consider the Price. and we have to say, it was good. we paid for everything CHF 200. This is really not much for e dinner with filet (300gr) and ribeye (400gr). Especially when it is so tasty. Also the Service was really friendly.
