We didn't have a reservation, but Pamplona was pretty empty the days we were there, Otano was full though, except one table, which they let us have.
It was a shot in the dark, but it turned out to be an exceptional meal.
We both started with a house made pasta with wild mushrooms and truffles. I had the steak, she had the cod. For dessert I had cheese and honey, she had something with berries.
It was all so good, and surprisingly the highlight of a great few days spent in Pamplona.
If you are in town, definitely make a reservation here.
They should be charging more.
