I've been here before, but only to donate blood. Donating platelets is a much longer process, and they certainly made sure it was a easy and comfortable as possible. The beds to donate have tv screens and headsets to keep you entertained, they bring you blankets and pillows and everything you need to be comfortable. I felt very pampered the entire time. I will definitely continue to come to this location whenever I want to donate.

It did take them a few times to find the vein in my arm, which can be painful. But other than that, they were very efficient, and made sure to follow proper procedures. They also made sure to provide drinks afterwards, which is always nice.
