I am writing this review to warn other small business owners about the severe gap between what LYFE Marketing's sales onboarding team promises and what their fulfillment team actually delivers. Before signing our agreement, their representative explicitly stated in writing, "We can design anything... we can turn your vision into reality," assuring us that their team could use specified AI tools to deliver a realistic product image of what our final retail product would look like, and agreed they could work directly from our raw component assets--specifically photos of unlabeled and uncolored physical product samples--while our pre-production retail samples were being manufactured. We provided these raw assets alongside exact HEX color codes, label artwork files, a detailed brand brief, and even our own generative AI images for reference. Relying entirely on this technical representation, we moved forward and paid our initial onboarding fees It was clear from the beginning that the fulfillment team was unable to meet the expectations set by the onboarding process and sales agent. Instead of using our source assets to create a final, realistic product image which they explicitly stated they could deliver during onboarding, it was obvious they chose to replicate the placeholder AI images I had shared to assist them, and even failed to label our products with the provided files. When we pointed out these errors, management backtracked completely, stating in writing: "...it would help us greatly if you are able to provide product photography, as that allows for better accuracy... product photography can help ensure the final assets are as accurate and aligned with the actual product as possible." This blatantly contradicted the exact AI technical solution they sold us to secure our business. If you're a business without final retail-ready photography, be incredibly careful with the verbal and written technical promises made to you during their sales loop. We had an unfortunate run-in with a LYFE Marketing Representative, Savanah Derrick, who was attempting to give our company a sales presentation. She was younger and very green, reading from a script. It was a waste of time listening to this untrained sales representative try to walk us through a scripted set of questions that I assume was intended to review their out-of-this-world services. About 10 minutes into this 30-minute appointment, I respectfully let her know that after 10 minutes, I still had no idea what her company does. She paused, and I could tell she had become irate. After the awkward pause, Savannah continued that I was rude and wanted to end the call. I was asking her if she had another representative who could work with us, and she hung up after yelling that she did not have time for my company or me. I had some choice words for this misguided young lady for sure, but I was going to let it go. I called the company back, and she kept answering. She laid into me, saying she didn't have time for my company or me. I had resigned myself to moving on, and then, 30 minutes later, we received two negative reviews back-to-back from made-up names we have no record of. Our company utilizes a virtual live assistant service, and these individuals are true professionals who have never been rude to anyone. Also, all calls are recorded, and their call IDs are logged. These two reviews were in retaliation for our interaction with Savannah Derrick of LYFE Marketing. I reached out to the founder of LYFE marketing, Sean Standberry, and Savannah's boss, Brandi Zatorski. Neither even attempted to get back with us on the matter. I had a horrible experience with this agency. Maybe ask for someone else. I was assigned Lucas Zamora. We were looking for Google PPC services for our Physical Therapy clinic. We explained what we do and our website does as well. For our first meeting to discuss deliverables my documents were filled out with information for another business For our initial deliverable we were given keywords that had nothing to do with our business and neither of the keywords were actually physical therapy. Worst service I've ever received from another business. How in the heck would a "TMJ doctor" or "pelvic" work for our business if we don't provide those services? Lucas response was, "This is what Google' Keyword Planner provided" and he gave me the attached screenshot as of this would help. I did not want to work with someone that would give such low effort. Of course I'm expected to pay 3 months for nothing. Stay away. Maybe they give better effort for their larger clients. read more

HUGE SCAM! Reporting to the FBI!! They sign you up look very professional and talk to you from their house wit green screen. They put your videos into a generic video maker and send it to you. Your then stuck with no videos or content. They do nothing and want you to pay. Then send legal letters attempting to sue you for the contract amount even though they did nothing. I had an extremely disappointing experience with LYFE Marketing. I dread the social media part of my job, and I researched several companies before landing on LYFE, which seemed to have an impressive amount of successful case studies at a reasonable price point. The initial meetings weren't very confidence inspiring (think cookie cutter powerpoint vs. real discussion about my brand identity & needs), but I was still feeling hopeful. I reviewed the first posts, made a lot of changes, and waited for them to go out. They did, but they were all wrong. I had specified the crops with pictures, yet the first subject's head was cut off. The next two had flipped captions, which would have been obvious if the person posting had just read them. One was about friends at cocktail paired with a photo of a couple at sunset, and the caption about golden hour was paired with the friends laughing at cocktail. I deleted the posts immediately and emailed the account manager each time, and she didn't seem bothered at all. I'm a photographer, so poor crops or mismatched captions (tagging the wrong vendor collaborators!) is an extremely bad look for me. I spoke to a supervisor, made it clear how poor the service was, and was reassured it would be fixed. I spoke on the phone to the case manager immediately after and asked to resume posting on Friday (it was Tuesday), and instead they posted on my account Wednesday, and not in the order I requested. My mind was truly blown with all of these errors. If they were paying even a little bit of attention they would not have happened. How could I speak on the phone and ask for a Friday post, and then be completely ignored and see a Wednesday post come up on my feed? Somehow I was convinced to give them another chance, which was a big mistake on my part. They switched case managers and after two full weeks of no posting they resumed. I selected the photos, wrote the captions & reviewed every post carefully before it went out so there weren't any more big errors, but my algorithm was damaged from so many deleted posts, and they brought no inspiration, expertise or innovation to the work. Plus I was spending more time reviewing their proposed posts than I would have spent just posting myself. I gained zero followers during my time with them, and I get less likes now than I did before - probably because of all the quick deletes. I asked for a full refund and they refused. I asked again and they finally gave me a one month back. So all in all I paid $1,500 for two weeks of insipid posts and a huge amount of stress, time and frustration, zero followers and reduced likes. I can't express how disappointed I am in the service and the way they handled it and refused a full refund. I found this company through a youtube video. I had been attempting to do my businesses facebook ads myself for sometime and realized I was just wasting my money. My business has a specific clientele and I was nervous about bringing on a social media advertising company. I was pleasantly surprised with their information and assessment of my website. I decided to roll the dice and sign on for the 3 months they required at the time. So far I have had several new clients come through my doors due to the ad that have been running. My social ads manager Marshall is a creative individual who helped formulate the ads that would be running. He has answered all of my questions and even went beyond to help me understand what facebook's ad manager shows data wise. Im excited to see what the next month holds as I have only finished my first month with them. I will say that I already had a website professionally built, booking software for clients to sign up straight from my website, and professional pictures of my clients ready for Lyfe Marketing to use. I do believe if I didn't have these things in place the ads would have ran less successfully this past month. I will say I believe the initial start up with the company was slow. I was signed up and starting around the first week of May but my first ad did not start until Mid - late May. There were forms, phone calls and other items that had to be dealt with, but my first "edit" of my first ad was only a color change of a sentence. That change took 2 days to complete. I know the editing software they are using and it would only take a few seconds to do. This just shows they have other clients in my opinion and I am not overly upset with the time it took. If I could create, manage and run my own ads I would not be using them. read more

Horrible. Waste of time and money. I'd give a ZERO if I could. They lock you in for 3 months and literally do the bare minimum contractually for 3 months. Literally no creativity or innovation. They do nothing with the data, ie after weeks and months of ZERO new followers, leads or anything useful (we eventually got 2 followers after the 3 months), they made ZERO effort to modify the strategy or messaging. They *seem to* have high turnover and hire unseasoned bachelor grads who don't even pretend to have a real interest in your business goals. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

Beware of this company. They got my company restricted and banned from advertising on Facebook. They claim they have talented people working for them but that is not the case. During the pandemic they shut thier offices down and now they have inefficient sales people with NO design or content experience trying to create ads which is a disaster. Watch out for Vante a slick talking sales person who promises you everything and assures you on whatever you want to hear but is all BS. And then there is Marshall a so called manager there that claims to have a design team and content specialist working for him but I found out very early on thats not the case. This unskilled sales person was the one creating content and design which was horrendous. At the end of the day they DO not deliver, if anything they make things worst waste your time and money. This company is a scam. Maybe when they first opened they were good but now they are all false promises and unskilled marketing people that are careless and get you banned from advertising. If your vetting them out ask for sample ads and you will see thr crap work they produce if they even supply you with any samples. Run away from this company. read more

PLEASE BEWARE !!! THIS WAS MY REVIEW; These people are all about making money and getting as much as they can out of you, rather than really helping you grow. When they were trying to get me to sign a contract, I got a call everyday. I was guaranteed of a thorough review of my business and promised results. I signed the contract. Unfortunately my FB business manager page was hijacked by my previous social media manager, so this was an issue. I also didn't know this issue existed until I signed up with Lyfe. My account manager brought this issue to my attention and also claimed that they had a variety of ways to resolve the issue. She wanted us to recover access from the previous account manager, and their was a lot of back and forth because the person wasn't cooperating. She kept wasting time, going back and forth with what she called other "options" instead of contacting their Facebook rep to resolve the issue. My campaign was delayed for weeks and even without any adds running, they never failed to deduct their monthly service charge from my account. After several weeks, she finally contacted Facebook and the requirements to resolve the issue was so simple. This was something we could have done as soon as the problem was identified. I don't know if this is a trick to get people to renew their contract and stay longer, in anticipation for the "so called results" that they promise. My contract was for 3 months. I contacted my account manager to discuss the charges made on my account, when the promised service of "adds running for three months" was not delivered. Her response was that it's not their fault that I had a pre existing issue before I signed on with them and that they worked to resolve the issue with Facebook and get my adds account back. Lyfe marketing basically charged me over $1,000 for recovering my Facebook manager account and running adds that lasted about a month out of the three months that we agreed on. They also charged me an extra $51 as a prorated rate for when I asked to end my contract. All these charges, were made even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. The worst thing that can happen to any small business is engaging with an agency who is not empathetic or sensitive to a customers plight. It doesn't matter if you are happy or not...you signed a contract and they get paid anyway. She also had the nerve to say that my adds were not converting to sales because of the quality of my website. Any good marketing rep would point that out first, and work with you to fix it, before working on your adds. They never even reached out to find out how we could possibly work things out, rather they sent me a series of emails to take down my review. They have been more responsive about me taking down a review that I made, instead of discussing how best to resolve the issue with my charges.
