Simply put:
Five stars for cost vs. quality: 35 kroner for a soft ice the size of your head that tastes delicious is pretty much unheard of anywhere else in Denmark.
One star for the hour and a half we waited in line for that soft ice. With three other ice cream shops within a block, you really should consider how much your time is worth, and whether you're losing money by waiting that long for three times the amount of soft ice that any human being really should be eating in the first place.
On average: Three stars. Try it once to say you've done it, run all the way home to burn off the calories you just consumed (unless home is across the street, then run up to Louisiana and back) and then go somewhere else the next time. Or better yet, go during the winter, when there's never anyone in line.
An even better bet if you have the means to get there: Ismageriet in Amager. Less chemicals, more real organic freshly made ice cream (some flavors even accommodate diabetics and food allergy sufferers!), much faster service, and there's a really cute old fashioned truck outside that'll look great even without an Instagram filter. ;)
