We had a queen-size sleeper sofa made at Daniels; we chose the fabric, pillows, and everything else. This was not a cheaply made sofa. They only sell the best selections; that is what they are known for, but the prices are the best around. The sofa we had made for us was an amazing bed as well. We had family sleeping on it for 4 months straight while my brother was retiring from the Air Force and moving his family to NC while trying to find a house to buy. They never complained about sleeping on it. Both said it was more comfortable than most beds they had slept on. The delivery is free, and so is the family atmosphere. This family has always been so kind and gracious with helping anyone who walks through the doors. They are there to listen to your needs and are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need. It is a hometown experience I hope Mocksville never loses. If you have never shopped here. I figured it was some low end, rent to own, furniture place. Turns out they have some decent stuff here. It's not high end but more middle of the road. They do have some cheaper options but nothing extremely cheap. I was surprised the range of things for sale. It is primarily a furniture store but they also have appliances, TVs and even lawn mowers. Yes, lawn mowers! The furniture selection was decent for Mocksville. The staff were friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy anything. They let you browse around. We left without puling the trigger on anything but I wouldn't have a problem purchasing items here.

I called and the manager handled it quickly and I had another cushion within the next week. They delivered it to me. I also noticed some threads to start coming out. I simply started pushing it back in with a needle. By the 3rd month there was just too many threads coming out for me to ignore and no threads were coming out on the new cushion. I knew then that I had gotten a couch with a bad batch of upholstery. I talked to the manager again and explained and sent photos to him. He is sending me out a replacement couch in one week. They are very nice people and always willing to help you.

We paid $159 for a symbol for the bed thinking it was the bed.. the online customer service for discrepancies with online orders or foreign representatives that you making out understand, I believe they said N. Correa. When I called Fed Ex about the the pick up on return packages, one package was left off in there needed to be additional notes that Fed Ex needed at least to pick up people with a dolly because they initially said one person with no dolly to drop off boxes that wait at least 250 pound each and they needed help from the customer to get it off. This is a elderly woman and a disabled person. Ridiculous. Fed Ex knew the poundage on that truck. You have no dolly you got a service person does petite. There's no way they can get those boxes off the truck without help and a dolly. Pure non-communication all-around. Long time wait for local deliveries from their local warehouse. Long time deliveries was told one locate warehouse didn't have so transfer ticket to other local warehouse cased a four week delay on a mattress. Go figure, not acceptable. Get organized ASHLEY little customer satisfaction, clearly. Update. FedEx showed up early, before pickup date say came twice... we had no knowledge.
