Jay was not particularly engaged nor apologetic. He never once said sorry. Jay first told me I had the option to drive back to the store for a refund or take store credit. After a lot of back and forth, Jay eventually figured out that he could take ownership to fix the error by calling monaris to issue a refund. That was a reasonable course of action except for the fact that when he called me back to let me know, he cared so little about clients and his mistake, he told me a refund was done and hung up on me before I got a word out. Amazon's customer service is excellent. They apologize for errors, and they certainly have much more competitive pricing nor do they overcharge.

First off, this place is not stroller friendly as there are steps just to get in. Once you're in,…read moreonly the cash register and a few racks/shelf are on the same level. You have to go upstairs to see the cribs. You go down some stairs to look at clothes, some gear, bassinets, etc. Then at the back, you go down some more stairs to see the strollers, car seat, gates and eating utensils. The parking is the worse as you drive in and it's angle parking. The spots are tight and the only way to exit is to back out of the spot and hope that no one parks in the area by the store entrance. If there is a car in that area, then you would have to back onto Bridgeport Road, which is a blind spot since there is a fence/shrub in the way which is dangerous. They should block of the area ( front and west of the entrance ) so that people can back into that area and turn around. When I went, the staff was helpful and it was busy there. I was looking for some items where it said online that it was available. The staff checked and found the items I wanted, but did mention that it was the last ones. They have lots of good items for your baby's needs from bottles, strollers, cribs, bassinet, lots of clothing, etc. The return policy is the usual one, where it's 14 days for refund with receipt, 30 days for store credit/exchange and receipt. You will need your receipt or there's no refund/credit. I really hope that whomever owns this location, would decide to lease the empty big box store in the strip mall beside them. I think that empty store used to be some furniture store. It would be so much better as the parking lot of that strip mall is huge, the empty store is ground level so you can use your stroller and it looks like it can fit all the items in the store and more.

This isn't your typical clothing store for children. What I mean by that is that it is extremely upper scale, like the Holt Renfrew for babies. I wish that I could afford some of the stuff for my friend's daughters and sons. Who doesn't want to see their little one in a nice suit and baret and a velvet dress? If you have a baby and love dressing them like French porcelain dolls....this is your place. This is a once in a while indulgence as baby's grow fast, therefore, buying a whole wardrobe seems silly.
