needed a quick color change.. felt it was easy enough to go somewhere nearby. Walked in right away wasn't greeted. There was only two ladies but it was empty, asked for a simple color change, it took her all about 5-10 minutes.. yet charged 25$. I payed 40$ for my set elsewhere with bling + designs.... Yet she charged more than half of that for a simple color change. Didn't even make it to the light when the polish was lifting off my nail .. went back asked she fixed it. She did nicely. Now Not even an hour later my nails are chipping, polish is lifting on another finger nail. POINT BEING, don't even bother going to this place, it's EXPENSIVE, bad service & bad quality. I used to come here awhile ago. There were a few things that put me off so I stopped coming. The lady who used to take good care of me was no longer there. The owner also wasn't around anymore. Today I went for the first time in almost a year and was greeted at the door by a rude lady. She gave the rate for gel nails and priced it so high I had to ask twice. Then she said something I couldn't understand to one of her peers. I just left. It was empty but apparently they don't need the business. read more

The only good thing about this place was the gentleman that works here. He was the only who seemed to do a thorough job and was very nice. First they tried to do a color that was nowhere near the color I asked for on my toes. I felt bad but I asked them to changed it because it was wayyy off. The girl doing them got mad and then had someone else do them instead. Then I asked for a pink to white ombre solar nails and showed them pictures but the pics below is what I got. I didn't expect them to be perfect but there's no consistency at all and the lines are jagged, not blended, and don't fade from one to the other. When you are charged $80 you think there would be better quality. I also realize when I got home I realizedt toenails weren't cut the same length and part of my big toe wasnt even painted all the way read more

The woman who did my nails was very kind but the nail process itself was horrible. I mentioned I wanted very short nails since I type for work. She clipped them twice and after two times of asking her to go shorter I gave up. The color I picked originally was not available so I chose another, not a problem until I noticed the color she used was not anywhere near what I chose. The color I chose was a warm pink and the color she put on my nails was almost a white. She also didn't clean my cuticles so the polish and dead skin from the previous set is still visible. The length was medium length and I left with hard acrylic on the skin of my hands. She was definitely rushing as she had a customer waiting for her specifically after she was finished with me. On top of all of this she was in the process of having her nails done herself so the tips on her fingers had been cut in prep to be shaped which caused them to be sharp & dig into my fingers as she was filling mine. If I could give them a -1 star I would. The customer service is horrible. When I got my nails done I asked for a light pink and they gave me a see through nude color which I didn't notice until she was almost done. I let her know I didn't like it and she just kept filing my nails. I asked them if they can paint over it or something but instead the guy which I believe is the owner told me to come back for a refill and they will fix it but I'm definitely never coming back here!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. LITERALLY - GO ANYWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT 0 STARS I WOULD. I gave this place a chance since my usual place is closed on Mondays and OMG NEVER AGAIN!!!! 1. I showed the owner a picture of the simple design I wanted and he told me it was possible to do and that it would be $50. And it was the worst nail job I have ever had. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. (I'll post what I asked for and what I got) 2. The rude "owner" did not want to come to any compromise. Just kept saying that his wife would re-do them the next day. But I don't know his wife or his wife's work and I did not agree to pay $50 for nails that ended up looking like that. I told him I would pay half today and if I liked how they came out when his wife did them then I'd pay the other half. He did not want to let me leave until I paid the $50 for the terrible work so he locked me in and called the police on me. Even the officer said I was ripped off and that I should take him to court. So not only did I waste $50, I'm about to have to waste another $65 at another nail salon to get them removed and redone. read more

If I could give 0 I would. I live close by this place so since this place open I've gone maybe 3-4 time the most. Every time I've gone worse experience. I always think oh maybe it's the girl so I'll go try again n nope! So 2 weeks ago I went cause there was no other nail salon open so I went to go try n omg worse idea‍ My toes n nails looked bad told her to fix it but kept saying it's fine. And after 2 days with my nails on my thumb started to have a pain. So when I took off this is my thumb looks like. It's infected so might need to get it removed now. So I suggest to not go thereonly nice one is the guy n some girl that's always in the front she was pregnant a few months ago. But the others always mad if you say something to them. read more

I have gone several times, a little pricey but they seemed friendly. Seems like if you are a regular customer they attend to you way better. Went for a pedicure the gentleman who's either the owner or works there did such a horrible job. He cut zero cuticles, I don't think he can see well because he would do the movement of pulling cuticle but he was getting none. He then proceeded to scrub the bottom of my feet my heals look as bad as when I went. He didn't remove any dead skin off the bottom of my feet. He was going to finish me off when I told him he didn't cut any cuticle off my toes. The young lady who may be the owner came in and cut cuticle off but I could tell she was upset because I was not happy with the horrible job the gentleman did. DO NOT GO HERE. After multiple times of telling the nail tech to be gentle, she just would not stop being rough. She cut my cuticles and even cut the side of my finger and it started bleeding while she was doing my nails! She was being very rough and I was in so much pain. Not relaxing at all. I tried telling another associate at the store about the issues I was having and the associate at the desk said "You tell her". Horrible customer service. The shape was so off I had to tell her multiple times to fix it. During my nail procedure she left to take care of someone else and handled cash/money with her gloves on and she DID NOT change her gloves when she came back. She also constantly dropped equipment on the floor and did not sanitize the equipment. I do not recommend getting your nails done here. Very crappy service came in to get my eyebrows, lip and chin done and the lady that did them was in a some kind of rush apparently without having a reason to since it was pretty slow. Completely jacked up my eyebrows the shape is horrible and still left some hairs on there. Went back to ask for a refund and they refused to give me anything, they said they can't do anything about it. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

The first time I went the service was "okay", the second time I went was when I finally realized this is not the right place. I went to go get my nails taken off and I figured they would use acetone like other nails salon would do but I thought wrong. She used another plastic nail to rip my acrylic nails off, cutting deep into my skin making me bleed. After cutting me she continued to rip the rest of my nails off not caring that she drew blood. This was the worst pain I have experience, I would never recommend or go to that place EVER AGAIN!! read more
