I GUARANTEED a 20 percent tip on a credit card which was odd but I obliged. Two hours before my appointment I get an auto cancellation message. No explanation , just a "you're out of luck" email. Many calls and texts to the phone number here and from booking went unanswered. They don't care about clients evidently. Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. Steer clear, since I'm still not sure if they are going to charge my card. May need to be reported for fraud, not sure yet.

I should have known as soon as the salon person started to dry comb out my daughters hair that this wasn't going to be a solid experience. The phone courtesy was great but when we arrived the physical location, the greeting was less than cheery. For a paid service I expect a kind greeting and someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Better communication from the person answering the phone "What type of cut? How long is her hair?
