Concrete boulders from the posts they were replacing were thrown about, snapping two large bushes in half. Borders tramped and edging torn up and thrown aside. They didn't even take the boulders with them afterwards, just left them in my garden. Lots of other items left behind including gloves, metal poles and large wooden pallets. Addressed this with the owner so that he could put it right, assumed that he must have had some kids in to do the work. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and I did not even receive an apology for the damage. So so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company, I would encourage others to look for other companies in case the same happens to them. They obviously have no respect for other people's property.

I would like to start by saying how excellent the service from this company was…read more I had a leak on the water supply pipe to my property on the section which comes into the house before it connects to the internal stop cock, Needless to say this was flooding my kitchen and the tap in the pavement was broken and hadn't been repaired by Thames Water(typical) So I had no way to isolate the leak in the property and needed urgent assistance! I phoned hamblins after finding them online and luckily enough the surveyor was in my area so he was able to pop round and provide some assistance. Mr Beasley(surveyor) came round and assisted me in temporarily stopping the leak with towels until they had a crew free that afternoon. They sent two teams, one being a 2 man crew and the other being an internal plumber. Whilst the external engineers dug up the front the internal plumber explained the plan of action to me which I very much appreciated. Then once the external guys were complete the internal plumber got to work. Within a couple of hours they were complete,they reinstated the driveway and they tided up and even helped to mop up the water in the kitchen. I was very impressed by their speedy professional service and would recommend them as a company to anyone. For me this is as good as it gets, friendly professional staff who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done!
