I got a VIP pedicure, full set, and brow wax (my usual at my spot in Florence). My nails are ombré but the shape is so ugly!!! I always get a square shape but the sloppiness of the use of acrylic gives these an unnatural wide look. I wanted a milky pink polish for my toes, but they only have a dated selection of polish to choose from. My eyebrows are micro bladed and I haven't had anything done to them since I had a touch up 4 weeks ago, but the tech damn near wanted to argue with me about how she fell short of removing all the hair because I had used a razor on my eyebrows. Their charges does not reflect their work. It had been years since I have received service at a saLon and didn't tip, but this was a bad experience. I will never go back.

I called to inquire about price and best times to come in. I wanted to come in on Saturday morning but was told thats a very busy time so I should come in right away, which was Friday afternoon. I took the advice and went in. The place was crowded. Every nail station was occupied, which is about 8-10, and there were 2 nail techs doing pedicures. I was directed to have a seat in any of the pedi stations and someone would be with me when they were done. I waited about 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. The pedi itself was very good and the nail tech was very friendly. The cost for the pedi was a bit more than I was used to paying, $35 for the basic and $5 extra for the cheese grater experience, which is included at most other shops. All in all it was a good experience at a very nice shop so I would go back if I was in the area.
