Waiting for 2+ hours just to see a general doctor, not enough doctors working and they let people jump the queue with higher packages. The idea being that the basic service is so worthless, it sells the higher packages? Might as well use public health care, it is just as bad but you get what you pay for. If you want to spend the extra money, go for a better provider, Luxmed is like the Ryanair or Wizz air of private medicare, without the upside of cost saving if compared to ZUS read more
