Whenever I find myself in Santa Monica, CA, I invariably order from Luvbrite Delivery. The service is fast with a great selection at good prices. The best part is that they come right you. Just like ordering a pizza! read more

Terrible very untrustworthy shop. I ordered 6 full gram stilizy CDT pods and they tried to switch them out with half grams regular pods without saying anything. They handed me a stapled bag and took my money. It wasn't until I opened the bag at my house when I saw what they did. I called immediately and the guy on the phone said no you got the half grams. So i sent him a screenshot of the order and was told they would not honor the order. I told them to bring my money back. A total hassle and I was a "first time customer". DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

I've been a loyal customer for quite some time and I must say I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Truly! I'm a business owner myself and customer service is the most important thing after product quality. I feel like any time I need to stock up Luvbrite is there as my personal concierge. WELL DONE. Founder of Fighterdiet and Body by Pauline. read more

Great experience for a first time customer. Great selection. Easy ordering. Friendly service. Fast delivery. What more can you ask for? I'll definitely be ordering again! read more

I use cannabis for medical purposes and was searching for empathy and honesty from a local service. I had tried a few different delivery services and a couple of shops and by far Luvbrite is, hands down, the best service for those who maybe disabled and/or seeking releaf with medical marijana in West Los Angeles. Their prices are very reasonable and you get what you're expecting. They always have Boxed deals, Specials and promos at the end of the month. The delivery drivers are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and you feel safe being around them. So quit reading all these reviews and just order from Luvbrite.com already!! You won't be disappointed read more

My first order with Luvbrite was great. They donated some gift certificates to a fundraiser for shelter dogs which is amazing, I love when businesses donate to charities. It definitely made me want to support them over other dispensaries. I found their prices to be better than MedMen, where I usually go. I even found a coupon for 10% off my first order. I bought a sativa vape cartridge by Rad and a pack of mini joints, both priced around $30. The only thing I didn't understand about the ordering process was the delivery time. I didn't see a suggested timeframe of when it would be delivered, though I may have just overlooked it. I was planning on being home all day so it didn't really matter and the driver arrived within an hour and she was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I hope they get an app soon. FYI- they run your card upon delivery, and give you the option to tip on your card. No cash needed. read more

Efficient and friendly, Luvbrite is my favorite delivery service, especially since few collectives will deliver here.

My new favorite cannabis shop! Quick delivery and great communication. They had Lost Farms items in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere. I will def be back! read more

Love this service! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I've ordered with them multiple times and I highly recommend them. read more

I really like that you can get very good flower from very nice people coming to your front door. I used other delivery services, delivery times were very inconsistent. Then I tried Luvbrite, and I haven't gone anywhere else. They always add new products and offer discount codes all the time. But the best story I can tell about Luvbrite is, after one delivery I mistakenly gave the driver an extra amount of cash almost $200. When I realized my mistake I contacted the Luvbrite team, and the driver called me right back. Long story short after he made his delivery schedule he came back up to the Palisades to return the cash. They are totally honest. What a great combo, great product, really friendly and honest staff. I love their service. read more

I've been a loyal customer for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! All of the staff are super friendly and professional. Great range of products and availability too. Super impressed with their cleaning procedures upon delivery (gloves, mask, sanitized machine, stapled bag). Great communication from the time your order is placed until it arrives (bonus they provide a tracking link too). Thanks for being so amazing!! read more

I've used Eaze forever but got tired of limited number of products. LuvBrite has a huge selection and I'm a really big fan of their boxes which give me the chance to try products I normally might not buy. I've never had an issue with delivery, and everyone has been great. Love these guys! read more

they were super rude to me when venmo glitched out and I had trouble paying. they wouldn't let me pay with credit card and kept saying I was being super sketchy because I couldn't pay even though it was an error with the app and now they are telling me and calling me saying they were confused and were super rude. I said I don't know what happened and they accused me of wasting everyone's and that I was far away even though I'm the listed neighborhood and that they needed to protect their drivers and that I caused everyone inconvenienc. super rude and made me feel really bad about myself when I already apologized. now they won't let me pay in any way except cash. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

Luvbrite is beyond amazing. Best product! Their service and quality of product speaks for itself. I have been very happy with every purchase. Kind over the phone and communication is great. Not sure how this place got 4.5 stars! Called them prior to ordering online and the guy said yes we can deliver to our area and can deliver it tonight. We ordered at 9:45pm and received an email saying they received my order. Again, I called to confirm and the guy said he was bagging my order and the driver will deliver within an hour. An hour came and nothing. We call them at 10:55pm and no answer. It is now 11:17, they're closed and we never received anything. No calls. NOTHING! It's pretty damn annoying. Never again. I wish I could give 0 stars! Ugh. Not cool guys. read more

In LA for a few days just enjoying, so of course I wanna smoke a little. I bought 2 cartridges from LuvBrite. WeedMaps offered a special for $90 and then their website $10 off for first time patience. I called in because I couldn't get either promotion to Apply and Gabby helped me out hugely! She took care of me by updating the driver so I would receive both promotions. She went above and beyond with her friendly customer service! read more

This is the only dispensary I've left a review for. Ever.... Why am I leaving one for Secret Garden Delivery? Because they are awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't want to have meds delivered to my house--seemed sketchy. But I was having a horrible day and wasn't able to go out. After I met with the gentleman who runs it, I was completely comfortable with the whole process. You could bring him over for a family dinner and he would fit right in... If you are at all concerned about unwanted attention or sketchy folks around your home--fear not :) He is one of the most genuine people I've met. He really cares about his patients. He deeply believes in the MEDICINAL quality and talks to all his patients to get feedback on what strain works for what, the best. He knows the growers of the strains as well, so if you want organic--he really knows how it is grown :) He gives lots of samples for returning customers (as well as first timers--but you will be back!!). And, he will bring anywhere from 12-20+ types to choose from. It is average cost, no more for the delivery and you will probably come to love the process of having your meds delivered... and, what consistent quality!! If you are in pain and need the best relief available... give this guy a call!!!!! Thank you for your service!!! You're a life saver!!!! read more

Very good service and always on time. Pricing is definitely competitive too. Thank you! read more

Great service, dependable, ADA delivery, competitive prices and deals. Great selection, plastic. FRIENDLY TOO

I've used Luvbrite for well over a year. Never had a bad experience. Their prices are reasonable considering they bring the meds right to my front door. All the drivers have been cool, too. Will continue to use them. I don't even know who else delivers.., don't care. read more

Best prices in town, great selection, quick delivery and they take credit cards without charging to use them.

As a first time patient, I was blown away by the extra mile Luvbrite goes for their customers. After a great conversation about what I was searching for, they pointed me in the right direction with some great suggestions and recommendations. Professional and courteous of both the customer's time, wants, and budget. HIGHly recommend using Luvbrite Delivery for all your medical needs! read more

THEEEEEE WORST DELIVERY IN ALL OF LA... AND I JUST WITNESSED THEM DENY A TERMINALLY ILL PATIENT THAT IS DISABLED, RUDELY 2x‼ THEY DO NOT DESERVE A PENNY‼ Their exact quote "you keep using ur illness as an excuse" - umm isn't this for MEDICAL PATIENTS AND THAT HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION⁉ WE ARE DISGUSTED AND FILING A REPORT, CUZ FYI THEY ARE ILLEGAL, RUDE AND WE PRAY FOR THEM. SMFH (After seeing the above review I suppose, I was surprised that the owner reached out to me and was extremely kind and understood, also apologized and made a delivery himself. I'm only able to "update" my review here, but I didn't kno him prior, and would never want to hurt somebody else's business because of a few shitty ppl that work there, and that does not include him! He was very sweet and went out of his way. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated!!) read more

This organization advertises services until 11pm, what they don't tell you up front is that they stop fully functioning in the evening time and that's when they start discriminating against different types of recommendation letters and show their true colors of not caring about patients, especially potential new patients who may be in pain or have trouble sleeping. They basically don't take consideration of perfectly reasonable problems to solve which I will further explain. I had my first contact with the company at around 8pm last night. First of all, the online module for submitting identification and recommendation is not compatible with standard file sizes or standard file types. I had to resize and convert my documents 4 times until the server would accept my upload. Maybe if they didn't half ass the technology, it may be more efficient to process new patients. However, I think they care more about acting like a difficult cable company with a monopoly (a caliber they obviously are not at to be displaying the type of behavior I experienced with their agent phone number 310-697-2611) than a competitive organization eager to please customers and acquire new ones. In fact, I have half a mind to report their service to LA County since I know for a fact that this kind of delivery service is considered black listed. Hopefully this review helps them change their tune. Here's what came next. My recommendation is from a very reliable doctor. I texted him around 9PM and let him know these people may call to verify me and he gave me the OK. The next thing I know, Luvbrite won't verify my recommendation at 9pm because it's not through a website like most of the ones people BUY from "marijuana doctors". They have a reservation about calling to verify at 9pm but advertising full operation until 11PM. If you're going to discriminate, make it clear up front before I naively trust you with my personal information! I ended up not being able to sleep until 4 in the morning and I had to get up at for work this morning. The luvbrite "caretaker" was unmoved by my dire emergency though I worked to send that information to them and worked to make sure my doctor was on the same page. Shame on these people. They have a lot of nerve to call themselves a dispensary when they can't operate a phone to verify a recommendation. Shame on them. I'm extremely angry and distraught over their treatment of me yesterday. If you can pick up the phone to tell me that it is EASY to get verified, then you can certainly pick up the phone again to dial 10 digits. I will never give this despicable, untrustworthy and dishonest place business without a sincere apology and consolation for the runaround I was given. STAY AWAY read more

I've been through many delivery services. The headaches of dealing minimal costs, added delivery costs (no retail location!), slow delivery. Not here. I completely love Luvbrite, i get my orders in 20mins, prices are fair, quality is excellent. All product is vacuum sealed. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. read more

I've tried many of their products and I have to say that this company is top notch!! The person I have dealt with was skilled at determining my 'level of need,' to match the inventory they offer. To boot, the delivery service has been fantastic on several occasions. For what I am looking for, this is the go-to service for discreet delivery of quality products. read more

Professional website, wide selection of quality products, friendly & efficient customer service, last but not least, they deliver! I'll start this review off by saying that both their product and customer service are great! They have a huge selection and it always comes in the highest quality and presentation. Their website is so clean, and so interactive I almost forgot to order I was so memorized. The customer service is very friendly and professional from start to end. Delivery was quick and painless. Their products are top quality and the prices to match are awesome. I will no longer be ordering from anywhere else. Thanks LuvBrite!!!!! read more

Prompt, friendly delivery. Good, diverse, rotating product.

Not impressed. I didn't get my first time patient gifts and the weed was just ok. Very pricey too. Meh.

More than ever, and as I age, I value the values inherent in the experience of obtaining and using the medicine rather than "getting high". Luvbrite continues to evolve through my last orders. These guys certainly know the "how to" of an evolving bz. read more

Two hours and counting. First time I ordered from them they were here in 45 min with great quality meds. They are open for another hour so I hope they show up.... Ok I had to edit my review because they showed about 10 minutes after I posted. Delivery chick was really sweet and actually came to the door unlike the dude before who sat suspiciously in his car (not knocking you buddy it's how most folks do on the mean streets of LA). I ordered the jungle mix and was expecting the worst and am very very happy with what they sent over. Very good quality, no stems, lots of trichomes (even with the bargain stuff). Over all pleased with quality just wasn't expecting to have to wait for so long. read more

I want to give credit to both their products and their service. They have top shelf, high quality products and really value you as a customer. Their employees are very polite, discrete, professional and actually have an extensive knowledge of what they're selling. They're able to answer all of my questions and give an accurate description of each strain. I highly, highly recommend them! read more

I get delivery from these guys and they're amazing. Quality goods and affable service make secret garden my go-to service.
