Postponed half an hour and postponed one week. And they always have excuses. Postpone appointment is not a big issue compare with their unprofessional conduct. Recommend photo rejuvenation in consultation, had once but no effect. Then other staff recommended collagen induction and said laser treatment is not recommend for Asian skin. Everyone need to beware to sign one year contact with CACI. I purchased rebuild package. CACI website says all rebuild and restructure package come with Home are kit. But when I asked Botany Junction, reception lady said not available in Botany Junction and the own (I think) replied in email said not all packages come with Home are kit. When sign the contact, the lady didn't go through all the terms with me. Only pointed out how many treatments do I receive and payment details. My fault, I should read carefully before I sign. And they didn't give a copy of contact. Unfair terms like: "it stated (3ii ) that you have a contractual obligation to complete payments, even if you choose to discontinue treatment. Point 7 states that at my discretion I may permit an early termination. The admin fee covers the cost involved in cancelling your program." Their cancellation fee is $150. When I decided to cancel the contact, they didn't give a former invoice only sent price list via email. they said the price i have been given is from franchise system. But I got price from other Auckland's CACI store is different from theirs. Detaild information from other store are, 30mins photo rejuvenation for face is $350. 45mins is $500. My treatment only 20mins and Botany Junction ask for $500. $100 for 30 mins sonophoresis infusion, they charge $120. Their sonos and MDA have no effect. after sonos I feel like the glue on my face very sticky, not comfortable. MDA's suction is not strong enough. And of course 20mins photo rejuvenation has no effect. Warning all others do not go to CACI, especially Botany Junction branch. For this review I don't even want to give 1 star, should be none star if there is an option.
