The pedicure was not bad, the Express pedicure was enough, I did not feel like an upgrade was needed, although I guess they don't even turn on the massage chair. The gel-x nail service was the real issue. The nail tech did not care about giving me a skin allergy when applying the nails. She wanted to up charge me to get the builder gel instead, telling me that the gel comes out. I know that only happens if they use too much on the nail. That's operator error not the product. Thankfully my natural nails kept it from getting on my skin. Then she proceeded to put several of my nails on crooked, telling on telling me that it's because my fingers are crooked. This is not my first time with Gel-x nails, and I asked for them to be removed. She tried to convince me that it did not look bad, and shaped the side of one of them so it would look less crooked, but that was all. As I mentioned, I was short on time, so I felt stuck. She then sarcastically called me a nail tech for the remainder of the service as if anyone would think it's OK to have a slanted set of nails, this is not Halloween. She pulled out the air brush to get this flawless blend. You can tell she know what she was doing and is very skilled. I was also very happy on how she cared and payed close attention to detail. When putting on the gems, she made sure all were centered and applied correctly. Even going back to seal any gaps the first set of glue did not fill before putting on the top coat. This was my first time here and I'm definitely going back!
