I visited the office about 6 months ago. I was interested in making minor eye lid adjustment and the doctor was a great salesman in making me feel comfortable and signing up for additional services which I don't really need. In order to schedule a firm date for the procedure I was asked to pay 100% upfront which I did. The second time however things went down hill rather quickly. After I had enough of their condescending language I told them I am done with the drama and they can either rebook me or refund my monies since absolutely no work has been done. Instead I was told that they will refund my money minus penalties and various fees. This in my opinion is a behavior of fraudsters and rogues not medical professionals.
