The lady that did them, I felt was so stressed and wasn't doing a very good job. They looked pretty good when I left the shop, but as soon as I got home I realized they were extremely blotchy & started peeling the next day. With my research, shellac is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, but mine didn't last for even a DAY.

Punctuality and customer service are essential in a service-based business. While occasional delays may be unavoidable, how those situations are handled makes a significant difference. Regrettably, I did not feel my time or business was valued during this visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve future client experiences. Needless to say, I will not be back as they have lost a customer.
