Great food, and great service! :) It's a small family owned Mexican diner with an attached bar area. The space is small, but we came in ~16 deep and they took care of us like family! We ordered a chimichanga and a molcajete. I've had many a molcajete, ranging from good to mediocre, but this one was one of the better ones I've had the pleasure of partaking in! Certainly worth the order! 10/10 - We'll be back, and you should as well! :)

I got the fish tacos and my friend got the garlic shrimp. They both came with beans and rice. I enjoyed my fish tacos very much. My friend liked the shrimp too. The staff were friendly. The place was average and there was a small bar attached to the restaurant.

Service was great from the beginning to the end. Very accommodating, very attentive, very personable. Great experience Ambiance was very relaxed. They had a couple TVs with the Warriors playing. They have the bar next door that accommodates patrons. We sat at a booth that needed cleaning. The waitress came over right away and cleaned with apologies. There was a large party WTH other customers and the mouse level remained average. I could hold a conversation with no problem. The menu had enough options to choose from. The prices are comparable to other similar restaurants. They are now serving menudo and Pozole. My husband chose Birria and was very happy. They serve beer, wine and cocktails. They have a long list of tequilas that are on the back. My Pineapple Passion was yum. It was part sweet with a slight kick of lime at the end of each swallow. It included fresh pieces of pineapple. I really enjoyed my taco salad because the shell wasn't the traditional shell. It was more salad ingredients than shell. I added some of their salsa as a dressing. The grilled chicken were in small nugget size and were very flavorful. We enjoy coming here.

We wrapped up our three night getaway here. No hard copy menus. Use your smart phone camera & QR the menu. Hubby had a problem. He went to his settings and disabled his WiFi which kept going to xFinity. Bingo. The menu popped up. Chips and salsa and tap water brought to the table. What to order? I still had fish tacos on the brain. I ordered it with black beans and rice as sides. Hubby got the taco salad with carne asada. Our food came quickly. I enjoyed my battered fish. I agree with a few other Yelp reviewers. Small portion sizes. Hubby's taco salad shell was small which meant holding less. Price point didn't match portion size. On the plus side - our server asked us afterwards if we wanted separate checks. It was easy as she keyed our entrees into an handheld credit card device. Easy peasy.

Food was hot and fresh! Service was great too. We ordered chicken wings, super quesadilla with steak, super nachos with ground beef, and chicken wrap with garlic fries. This was our first time here.

It's okay, the prices are overrated though. For an horchata, I believe it's $5! I can buy a large one at el sombrero for 3.50

Came out her on a weekday for the special Pliney the Younger release…read more Got here about 8:30am and were about 70th in line, which I hear is comparatively good, they came around stamping hands( they change up the stamp to prevent line jumping), then taking party size, name and applying bracelets. The bracelet limits each person to a max 3 pours of the Younger, and 3 bottle purchase. Got seated about 10:40 , but the wait flew by helped by the almost festival atmosphere amongst those in line(bonded and chatted with 3 guys next to us who had flown up from LA area just for this) 1st, every employee I encountered was friendly and service was top notch. Started with a taster of Russian River 110 and Tempo Change, both were nice, light, but not the reason I came 2+ hours on drive + another 2 in line. The Pliney Younger was as advertised, tasting and drinking lighter than its Triple IPA packing power . Orders some Riccotta donut holes to help ease the consumption of the 3 IPA's and they were fantastic, dense dobut, not overly sweet so the chocolate dipping sauce was a nice touch. Ordered 3 bottles of Younger to go, and am already planning next years trip.

May 2, 2026 - Windsor, CA…read more We keep coming back because this place is super dog-friendly--both the outdoor patio and an indoor seating area allow dogs, which is a huge plus. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit hit-or-miss with the food. The artichoke dip was great, and I enjoyed my Southwest salad. But the bone-in rib appetizer was dry, and the fish tacos at our table came out cold. By the time our server checked back in, we were already halfway through eating, so we didn't ask for a remake of the tacos. To their credit, the tacos were taken off the bill, which was only fair, because they were not eaten.

Solid, unassuming Mexican place that's all about the fun ambience. As someone else wrote, this…read morerestaurant is HOPPING -- we ended up sitting in what's almost of a storefront because of the size of our group (6), although there's a nicer dining area inside as well as a whole bar area. Service could not have been better or nicer. Chips and salsa both excellent; the folks in our group who'd been here before ordered the guacamole even before we sat down. I love how guacamole is slightly different in each restaurant -- this guac is super fresh and really delicious! One friend wasn't super hungry and so got the chicken tortilla soup -- just know their portions are LARGE. So soup truly is a meal in itself! Two of us got salads -- a friend got the taco salad, and I got the chicken tortilla salad. Honestly, I'd probably get the taco salad next time, but not in the tortilla -- the chicken in my salad was deep fried (I know, I'm in a Mexican place, what did I expect?) and so it kind of overpowered everything. Others got burritos, tacos -- and everyone gave approving "Moos" of enjoyment as they ate. Great drink menu, ice-cold beer. Definitely someplace I'd return to!
