I met with Seth he told me his fees and he told me what to expect in court he told me the exact timeline of events that would happen and he also told me to be patient he didn't paint A pretty picture and tell me everything's gonna be OK and lie to me he told me what could and couldn't happen with the confidence that he could help me which I really respected him for. I felt he didn't want to get my hopes up but at the same time he knew the case he was dealing with and didn't seem like he wanted to tell his client I'll give you whatever you want I'll do whatever you want he's not that type of attorney he doesn't BS he tells you straight up. I told him that I wanted shared custody and it was very important to me. Within 48 hours he was able to serve her the paperwork. Within 30 days petition for paternity was established and I was the natural father of my children. In the next 90 days we went to court which was not his fault the courts are very backed up he filed all the paperwork immediately it took forever to get the court date. He worked very well with my ex-girlfriend's attorney and in no way were they friends but they certainly respected each other we're very responsive to each other which helped make things go quicker and that is because Seth Schneiderman is a respected attorney. When we finally we're getting ready to go to court he made sure he briefed me and told me what to expect the day before in court and possible questions I would be asked he came extremely prepared and I was able to see him in action. In the end he gave me 100% what I wanted the judge sided with my case and it was because of his knowledge, skill, and most importantly his experience in the courtroom. I would email him sometimes at 11 o'clock at night and he would email me right back usually within an hour and It just didn't stop after the first week he continued it the entire time he was my counsel he's extremely responsive your case is his case he treats your case as if he is in your position I can't express to you I felt like he was my brother or my best friend throughout the case words can't be expressed for the way that I feel about this man and how he changed my life. He's a pitbull in court with a soft voice he's very well respected by the judges and other attorneys. I referred him to a few Friends since my case closed who he helped out and we're very pleased their results just as I am. I will always refer him and use him as my family attorney if needed in the future I promise you one thing you won't go wrong his clients mean the world to him and he treats you like family you're not just some person writing a check to him you're someone going through a lot and he's going to help you get there. She is unethical, unprofessional and will dragg her feet to collect fees without achieving major results on your case. If you are a victim an are already a client. My advice is that keep a log of every conversation, e-mail, motions she does on your behalf. Request to get a copy of everything she files in court for you and every response she gets from the opossite counsel you request her and her paralegal filled you in and get you a copy of everything on your case. Be very vigilant she does not keep your file on her desk for months without responses from the opposite party or without answering on a timely manner. She will not send billing statements for months in order to pressure you with last minute invoices before court appearance to say that she needs to get paid and will be an astronomical amount. Make sure you keep a close eye with her billing!!! She will falsely add amounts an enhanced them using some of the conference time thats is supposed to be used to discuss your case and she will talk about her legal cases and always be very talktative in regards to other matters just to run the time. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF RECITFY THE CONVERSATION asking her to keep it focus on your meeting and compare to the time she billed you was used for the actual review of your legal matters. YOU CAN SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING RIGHT? I spent over a week and a half calling both Grieco's office & personal cellphone attempting to reset the appointment. During this time I left numerous messages, sent numerous emails - ALL of which went un-returned. FINALLY, I get a call and on the other end I hear a conversation going on and I'm answering my phone saying "HELLO?" over and over to no avail. I hang up and look at the number and its Grieco's personal cellphone. So I'm like "Finally the guy's returning my call" and I call back. NOW HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD: Upon calling the guy back, He goes off on me as if I am bothering him saying (QUOTE) "I made a mistake and hit the wrong button on my phone! STOP calling me and my office or I am going to consider it Harrassment!" EXCUSE ME? Here I am simply trying to meet with the guy at his recommendation and now he's going off on me because I was trying to communicate with him to set up an appointment? UNBELIEVABLE!! I'm SORRY I made the HUGE mistake of "Bothering" him and trying to bring my legal concern and business to his law firm.
