There is no air conditioning in the rooms (which is fine -- we weren't expecting it) and they had set out our room for two adults and two kids nicely, with a fold-out bed for the youngest child, although they both thought the fold-out bed was the best thing and fought over it... We were half board, and the breakfast and dinner were okay. Not great, but fine for mass-catered buffet food. If you are vegetarian, you might not want to pay for the buffet but go outside into town (there are actually some nice veggie places near the hotel). The one downside to the hotel is the noise. The walls are paper-thin and we therefore got to listen to a lot of other families, mostly consisting of drunken parents swearing at their unfortunate offspring. It's also a busy part of town so there were loud things going on outside. It's a nice enough place, but not somewhere to go for tranquility

It's part of the H Top chain so if you go 'all inclusive' you get a card that allows you to use the facilities at their other hotels. The food was ok, and we could usually find something even for the fussy eaters. The staff are very busy and not always in the best of moods, but the area itself is really lovely. The rooms are a bit tired but it was good value for money.

To start some of the rooms we got assigned were not ready by the time we had reached the hotel (8pm on a Tuesday night), by the time I was able to take a shower, all the water had flooded all over the bathroom floor. When I complained they basically told me to take a shorter shower. The service was horrible, most of the staff were rude, the food was old, unsanitary, and/or plain unappetizing. Do not stay there. Find another place!
