Wild Bill's is kind of tucked away in the back of a strip mall where M-66 meets M-31 in Charlevoix. Right by the Family Fare and the Royal Thai. Well, I thought this place was great but I was wrong…read more I purchased 8 of their branded vapes. Went back a month later to get more and the sales woman sold me on their branded 30,000 puff vapes so I got 2. She said it tastes great and would be super similar to the ones I had originally wanted. These new ones taste so bad and like toxic poison. So I went back the very next day to explain the issue and was met with zero options for an exchange. Pretty much was told that I'm out of luck. So instead of keeping a brand fan for the company, they've lost a customer. It's their branded item so honouring an unhappy customer's request to exchange would cost them very little. But instead they've lost years of future patronage and sales from this customer forever. If a company can't even stand behind their branded product, there's a big problem. Very much do not recommend.

This establishment shamelessly took advantage of him, charging an outrageous $600 for items that would cost no more than $75-$100 at any other reputable shop. My father-in-law, who was traveling with us for a wedding, needed a bow tie and suspenders for a wedding that evening. Instead of being treated with the dignity and respect that any customer deserves, he was exploited like a desperate tourist. He told them that his son was getting married and that he had left his bow tie and suspenders back in Rochester MI. They laughed and joked that it would cost him but insisted he was in good hands. They were not kidding, about it costuhg him. They sold him suspenders that didn't even work with his pants, further highlighting their lack of integrity and customer care. They sold him cuff links that would have been maybe $50-60 at a men's warehouse which were not needed since his shirt had buttons in place already or optional slots for the cuff. They also talked him into buying much more expensive suspenders that didn't even work with his pants. Even as he checked out he nervously asked if the price was serious as it was over $600 and when he was told yes felt pressured into completing the transaction. It's disgraceful to see a business engage in such predatory practices, especially towards an elderly man in his 60s. This isn't just bad business; it's outright robbery. Shame on this store for their unethical behavior. I urge others to steer clear and take their business elsewhere. This store does not deserve your patronage. You guys are DISGUSTING! You should take back the two unused items at the least and he'll keep his $150 bow tie

While I know the photos online are just an example of what they can do and that they need to work with what is available seasonally, I do expect the result to be close. I was very unhappy when I received a photo of the results from the recipient. I looked nothing like the online image. I chose the arrangements because it looked bright, cheerful and full of flowers that are easy to get. What was delivered was a dull, baby's breath and greenery filled arrangement of lack luster flowers. I haven't received a confirmation of delivery so I called to make sure. The person who answered seem to know of the order but kept saying "delivery for tomorrow" and I had to correct them it was for today. They then said of yes we got it and will deliver. She couldn't tell if it had been delivered but luckily another person in the room was able to tell he it had been fulfilled. I once used a florist in another city that not only sent a confirmation of delivery but in the confirmation message sent an photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered. When sending something to another person long distance it is hard to rely on someone else to get it just right and unfortunately for this time they failed.
