Wow The owners let me with a smile and a cheerful hello and said have a look around which I did. This store is a beautiful little nook of garden pieces jewelry bags, HomeGoods that are handmade many of which are from local producers. I was so taken with the store I was forced to impulse shop. I'm so sad but I absolutely love the things that I purchased the price was about mid range not too bad and I will definitely be going back. This place has such a good vibe and the owners are wonderful. Please go by and have a look and purchase some things from their shop. You won't be disappointed. The quality is absolutely fabulous!

They've created a hallway as a mock up of an outdoor patio and added items you'd place outside with indoor shelves and decor. It's not the biggest in the Kentuckiana area, but it has the LARGEST Halloween decor variety that I've seen this year and the most well organized. They have grouped themes together very well. This store is also very accessible with ample parking, a ramp, and automatic doors. Not sure if we were there at shift change or what, but it was confusing that there 5 team members at the front for awhile and only 1 of them was ringing up the growing line of customers. When they got a second register open, things definitely started moving again and they were helpful and nice when it was my turn. Like I said, there might be a reason we don't know of, but other customers commented on it to me and I agree it was confusing, hence the 4/5.

Our old (10 years) motorized Roman shades from Hunter Douglas died (well, the motor of one of three…read moreshades gave it up). We have a bank of high (10') windows, so there are few options for us. And we wanted to avoid having to get on a ladder to swap out AA batteries. Draped in Style came up with an elegant solution that met our needs to a "T." Our salesperson, Jennifer, gave us any number of options, and we went with Roman shades of the same style and motorized as well. The shades arrived quicker than we expected. Because of a problem at the factory (where HD sent us components that obviously did not go together, but no one at that end caught it), our installer worked with Jennifer and us to resolve the issue and install our shades to our complete satisfaction (AND FOR LESS THAN WE PAID TEN YEARS AGO!--how often does that happen?). However, my experience ended up being very frustrating and unsatisfying. I will refrain from saying who I dealt with but this lady was wonderful and knowledgeable at the initial consultation. However, after this I could never get an estimate from her. I called and texted many times, only to be told I would have it shortly along with apologies. After waiting over a month I finally gave up and ended up going with Spindle Top Draperies (Joyce) and receive excellent service from them. Update: I have updated my review more favorably after the owner called me and I received a written apology from the sales associate. I understand it was an oversight and I understand these things do happen. I appreciate both of these people reaching out to me.
