I had another shop fall through on me, and had already booked my flights and accommodation on the basis that they would accept my order. When I phoned back, several times, no one could speak English, and they eventually hung up on me. I was really worried that the trip was going to be a disaster. However, I phoned Smoke Gods, and they accepted my order over the phone. When I showered up to collect, everything was in order. They even help me pack into my suitcase (I ordered 90 sleeves). I can enjoy my cigar and whisky and relax after a long day. The staff here are all very knowledgeable and friendly, with excellent customer service. They check up on me every so often, making sure i have everything I need. If you're in Krakow, I highly recommend La Casa Del Habano Krakow.
