They never answer the phone or returned my calls. Axel was suppose to look into a pricing issue I was having with my vehicle policy. Nothing was ever resolved and didn't return my call to explain this to me. I gave up and decided to go with a new company. When I called to cancel my policy, I gave them a specific date I wanted it to be cancelled. The person on the phone tried to argue with me on my renewal date. Called back a few minutes later to tell me I was right. A few days later, I found out they decided to cancel that same day I called to cancel. This is 2 weeks before I asked them to. Called to inquire about this cancelation error but they had no idea what happened. They said they were going to look into it and would call me back. Doubt they will. Wouldn't be surprised if they did it out of spite for canceling my policy. DONT GO HERE. FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE. Update: They in fact did cancel my policy. Called to inquire. They told me they had to call underwriting and they would give me a call back before 5pm. I called the office at 4:50 after not receiving a call. They told me they were able to fix it. I asked for ID cards to be emailed to me. It is past 5:00 pm. I have not received the ID cards.

When I received my paperwork the rental policy was not mailed to me or available online. I did receive the insurance coverage which included things I did not ask for or needed with rental insurance. Fuel oil release $10k was added. I had to google what it was. Fuel oil release coverage is necessary if you have a fuel oil tanker on your property for heating to remove the oil from the soil in case of a spillage. WHY IN THE HELL would I need that renting a apartment in Chicago. Trees, shrubs, and landscaping coverage was added, I do not need this nor did I ask for it. These were added by the agent...FRAUD. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENT unless you're willing to pay extra for coverage you didn't ask for or need.

My home sustained significant damage days before Christmas of 2022, the siding of the addition was torn on two sides and the other two sides came lose beyond repair. I got three estimates each was between 13k to 14k. Unfortunately, I got stuck paying over 10k out of my own pocket. The ALLSTATE adjuster APRIL HERRERA took a whole year to close my claim which I reported right away to only award me about $3,500.00 or so for the damaged my home sustained. This company is not honorable, I got rid of them even for my car insurance. I'm glad to say that several family members and friends have dropped ALLSTATE since. As nice as Joe might be, there's nothing that he can actually do for you he is just the middleman. it's like a car salesman who can't do anything for you if the car breaks down after purchasing.
