Awful service - unserious management…read more Stayed at the hotel from July 8th to 13. The hotel was nice and had an excellent location. During our stay the service was really good, everyone was very helpful. But at the check out at Sunday the receptionist charged us with an extra night. When we pointed out the mistake, they promised to fix it during the day so that we would get the money back in a couple of days. Days went by, and no money came. Yesterday morning I called the hotel, and again they promised to fix it during the day and send me an email when it was done. When I didn't receive an email I called back in the evening and they promised to fix it first thing in the morning and send an email afterwards. Now it's afternoon an no email or any response from them. I strongly discourage anyone else to stay at Phønix hotel, the service is so poorly and it seems impossible to get back our money. They made the mistake in the first place, but still doesn't seem to care to sort it out.
